BOOKING PROCESS details

Please fill out form to determine if available dates for creative work are in alignment with my schedule. You have the option to book me as a solo dancer and a multiple dancers through my company, if your budget supports the creative work. All forms protect all creative artist that works with both parties. Once this form is filled out and booking date is approved, the next step is the contract, letter of agreement and rate form (if work is over $800). If work is not over $800, letter of acceptance would be filled the day of the performance indicating sales are final/non refundable.

This agreement form does not need your signature for booking process to be verified. For creative works over $800, are the only requirements where all forms and contracts are mandatory for client signature. Once booking is verified, whether its through social media handle, email, over the phone, text, verbal agreement, compensation for creative work is due the day of or you will have maximum of two weeks to complete full payment. If payment is not completed a demand letter will be sent out. Once demand letter is sent out you have until the date listed on the letter to complete full payment and any additional fees/charges before legal action is completed.

I follow Dancers Alliance Rates. This form shows rates for booking myself and two or more dancers casted. Independent Artist and Commercial/Industry rates differ. Any rate changes would be finalized on Independent Contract and rate form. All prices listed are negotiable. Please understand the amount you pay for, is the work/quality you get. You will still have a creative visual through self or other dancers. Each client will have their own customized link for payment.

This contract protects both client and self (independent contractor). This form is mandatory for creative work over the amount of $800. All new Independent Artist to Terzetto Passions must sign this contract as well. If you have any further questions please email support@terzettopassions.com
