Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 working business days orders to be processed. All orders processed after 5pm EST will be worked on the following business day.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Terzetto Passions LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Terzetto Passions LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. If incorrect address is inputed prior to our order ready status, please send us an email. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Fake Notice or Confirmation Text/Emails
Please be attentive to your email and ensure the tracking number and orders are a match. We want your shopping experience to be as peaceful, safe and secure with us. We are in are in a time period where invoice frauds are increasing rapidly. Attacker will try to impersonate a brand and will send a fake invoice as an attachment. If you do not feel secure or see anything as such please report this information. If you don’t recall ordering from us please avoid the email. Look closely at the spelling of senders address. However, if you did order and still waiting on your package please visit our website, sign in to your account, and check the very first email we’ve sent you. You can always use the contact us form or direct message us on instagram! We care about your safety.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You have up to 7 business days to return items. You will receive store credit in the dollar amount of each item returned.
All return orders must be in the original packaging condition, shipping mailer or box, tags, order receipt, and packaging slip.
All merchandise items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. All damaged, incorrect, or defective items MUST be reported within 2 days from receiving the order with picture of damage to show. Terzetto Passions LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, please be mindful of your tracking number with carrier. We will support you the best way we can to retrieve your package. Reliability is important to us for you.
Once payments are received there are absolutely no refunds on selected merchandise (lingerie, bathing suits & etc.) and skincare products. All items on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
